Expensive, high end chocolate. The bars are 31% cocoa butter. The melt on the tongue is exquisite, and very satisfying. Wrap the chocolate in foil, and put in a gallon storage bag. Put it in a cupboard. Once opened, take some in foil, and a bag to freeze. Once ready, take it to the refrigerator for twenty four hours. Let it sit 15 minutes on the counter than eat. The remaining portion can be kept in the cupboard wrapped in foil, and in a storage bag
